We deliver to any location within Romania. BLUZAT reserves the right to contact the customer to confirm the order before shipping the package.

Delivery Times and Methods
Orders are shipped viaĀ GLS Express Courier. Delivery takes up to 3-5Ā business days, depending on product availability.

Shipping Fees (Romania)
- FREEĀ for orders over 500 Lei.
- 20 LeiĀ for orders under 500 Lei.
Delivery Attempts
If the customer is not found at the specified address during the agreed time slot, the courier will contact them by phone. A second delivery attempt will be made after contact is established. If the customer cannot be reached for the second attempt, the order will be canceled as "refused" and returned to the BLUZAT headquarters.

The customer will be notified of the cancellation via email. Please note that afterĀ two refused shipments, future orders from that customer must be paid in advance.

In accordance with Romanian legislation, the invoice serves as the sales-purchase contract. By signing the courierās delivery documents, the customer confirms that the products have been received in good condition.

Delays and Force Majeure
BLUZAT reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries if they cannot be fulfilled due to reasons beyond our control, including: heavy snow, fires, explosions, floods, strikes, government actions, or other force majeure events as defined by Romanian law.

The maximum liability of BLUZAT toward any customer in the event of non-delivery or improper delivery is limited to the total amount received from that customer.
