BLUZAT customers can return the purchased products, in the original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. In case of deficiencies not attributable to the consumer, the return period is 30 days from the registration of the order, according to the BLUZAT guarantee.
We remind you that there is a legal term that specifies: "The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 10 working days of receiving the product." Article 4, letter b, Cap. I, Ord.130 / 2000 regarding the legal regime of distance contracts. If this 10-day period is exceeded, please contact the Customer Relations Department.
We do not receive return parcels with the Romanian Post or accompanied by cash on delivery. Parcels returned under these conditions will be rejected.
What is the return process of a product?
To return a product you can call the number displayed on the site or you can send us an email to email@example.com within 10 working days of receiving the package.
It is the customer's responsibility to return the products to which he referred S.C. SOPA PRODUCT S.R.L., in the condition in which they were received. In case of deficiencies not attributable to the consumer, he has a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of placing the order. If the return conditions are not met, BLUZAT has the right to invalidate the return request.
The cost of the return will be borne by the customer.

How do I get back the value of a product?
The value of the product will be transferred to the account specified by the customer. The amount refunded does not include transport costs.
How long will I receive the value of a product?
SC SOPA PRODUCT S.R.L. will return the value of the order within 30 days from the date of written termination of the contract.
What do I do if the value returned is not correct?
If the value returned is not the correct one, please contact the Customer Relations Department.
I broke the outer label and still want to return the product.
Returned products without the outer label, made of cardboard, will be accepted only if they do not show signs of wear (stains, odor, deodorant or traces of washing or detergent perfume). If you do not notify us of the missing label, the return may be refused before return. Products returned without the inner label, made of fabric, with the composition, will be rejected and shipped to the customer, who bears the cost of transporting the return.
