BLUZAT RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
This policy governs the conditions for returns and exchanges of products purchased from our website, in accordance with current legislation (OUG 34/2014, Law 365/2002).
1. RESTRICTIONS AND ORDER CANCELLATION RIGHTS
- Order Confirmation: To ensure data accuracy and product availability, BLUZAT confirms every order via phone or email. If the customer cannot be reached or does not respond to our request, we reserve the right to automatically cancel the order.
- Stock Errors: BLUZAT reserves the right to unilaterally cancel any order if a product is no longer available due to a technical or human error. The customer will be notified as soon as possible.
- Paid but Unclaimed Orders: If an order is paid online (via card) but the parcel is not collected from the courier within the storage period, BLUZAT reserves the right to withhold the shipping cost from the total amount to be refunded.
- Restricted Customers (Blacklist): Customers with a history of 2 unclaimed or refused orders lose the right to place future orders with "Cash on Delivery." Future orders will only be processed via online card payment; otherwise, the order will be automatically cancelled.
2. GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS
- Location: Returns are processed EXCLUSIVELY ONLINE. We do not accept returns or exchanges at the showroom.
- Return Window: Customers may return products within 14 calendar days of receipt.
- Warranty: For defects not attributable to the consumer, the return period is 30 days (The BLUZAT Warranty).
- Product Condition: Products must be returned in their original packaging, with the external cardboard tag intact and the internal label (composition/care) attached.
- Rejection of Returns: Any product showing signs of wear (stains, perfume/deodorant odors, signs of washing, or detergent) will be REFUSED. The product will be sent back to the customer, who will bear the full shipping costs.
3. EXCHANGE PROCEDURE (35 RON)
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or model:
- The exchange fee is 35 RON (covering round-trip shipping).
- Requests must be submitted via the online Return/Exchange Form.
4. RETURN PROCEDURE (20 RON)
- Online Form: Complete the BLUZAT Return Form.
- Parcel Collection: After submission, we will generate a request for the GLS courier. An agent will arrive at your address within 2-3 business days.
- Prohibited Methods: Returns sent via other courier companies or the Romanian Post (Poșta Română) will be automatically REFUSED.
- Cost: The return fee is 20 RON, which is deducted directly from the total amount to be refunded.
5. REFUND OF PAYMENT
- Method: Refunds are issued exclusively via bank transfer to the IBAN account specified in the return form.
- Amount: The value of the products will be refunded minus the 20 RON return fee (or shipping costs for unclaimed paid orders).
- Timeline: S.C. SOPA PRODUCT S.R.L. will process the payment within 14 days of receiving and verifying the integrity of the returned products.
6. LEGAL FRAMEWORK
This policy complies with the regulations of the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) and legislation regarding distance contracts. For full details, please consult the BLUZAT Terms and Conditions section.
